ABOUT THIS COFFEE

Monteblanco Oriental Tea Honey comes from the mountains of Huila, Colombia, produced by the family-run Monteblanco farm under Rodrigo Sánchez Valencia and Claudia Samboni. Surrounded by the cool climate of the Suaza River Valley, the farm benefits from slow cherry maturation that helps develop sweetness, complexity, and clarity in every cup.

This lot undergoes controlled co-fermentation to enhance aromatics while preserving balance and structure — a signature of Monteblanco’s approach to processing and innovation.

In pourover, the cup opens with lifted jasmine and earl grey florals. As it cools, notes of red dates and honey sweetness unfold, finishing silky, clean, and tea-like.
