High Peak Roastery Product Display and Sales Policy

We strive to accurately represent the colors and images of our products as displayed in our store. However, we cannot ensure that your computer monitor's display of any color will be precise.

We hold the right, though not obliged, to limit the sales of our products or services to any individual, geographic area, or legal jurisdiction, and this decision may vary case by case. We also reserve the right to restrict the quantities of any products or services we offer. In the event we modify or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you using the email and/or billing address/phone number provided when the order was placed. Additionally, we reserve the right to restrict or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.

By consenting to High Peak Roastery’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive ongoing SMS/text messages from and on behalf of High Peak Roastery to the mobile number you provided, even if your number is on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be delivered using an automatic dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages might include updates, alerts, and informational messages (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may encompass promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).
