Orders can be made online through our store (website) or in person if available at pop-ups or partner locations.
 We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and popular digital wallets (e.g., GCash) where supported.
Shipping rates and promotions vary; free shipping may apply for orders meeting a minimum amount or during special promos.
We ship nationwide within the Philippines.
We ship out orders every Tuesday & Wednesday.
Metro Manila (Standard): 2–5 business days
Provincial Areas: 4–14 business days
Please allow extra time for deliveries to Visayas and Mindanao.
Order confirmations are sent to your email after payment. Tracking details are provided once your order ships.
We’re very sorry to hear that. Please send us photos of the damaged item at welcome.highpeak@gmail.com so we can investigate and resolve it quickly.
Unfortunately, we can't make changes or cancel an order after it's been submitted.
Please double check to ensure you're using the proper billing zip code associated with the credit card. Additionally, in order to pay with a credit card, your order must be above the minimum required purchase amount.
Returns & Exchanges
Most* Highpeak products are guaranteed for 30 days after purchase date. If any issues arise during that time, the item can be returned for a refund or exchange. Items must have been purchased from highpeakroastery.com and must be returned in their original condition and packaging (unwashed, unworn, and tags still attached). If used items are returned, a partial refund may be given in the form of store credit.
You will receive an email confirmation when your return/exchange has been processed (be sure to check your spam folder).
All refunds require a processing fee, which will automatically be deducted from your refund. Exchanges and returns for store credit are free.
You should receive your refund upon the first carrier scan. Please note, it can take 3-5 business days for a refund to credit back to your original form of payment.

We may host community events, tastings, and educational sessions — announcements are shared online when available.
