Shipping policy

For local deliveries within Luzon, our partner is J&T Express, ensuring fast and efficient service within 1-3 working days. Deliveries to Visayas and Mindanao typically take 5-7 working days. International orders are dispatched via DHL—please contact us for detailed delivery times to specific regions, including Asia Pacific, Central Asia, America, and Europe. 

Our dedicated team processes orders from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders are usually processed within 1-4 business days after receipt in our warehouse. During periods of high order volume, processing may take an additional 1-3 days. We usually deliver orders every Thursdays.

Upon shipment, a tracking number will be sent to your email. You can conveniently monitor your order's progress through the carrier's website.  

Please note, we do not deliver to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or some remote locations. If you have concerns about whether we can deliver to your area, please contact us before completing your order. 

Domestic shipping costs within the Philippines are calculated at checkout. For international orders, please be aware that shipping costs do not cover any import duties or taxes that may apply.

Should your package be lost or damaged during transit, contact us at welcome.highpeak@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Please prepare a photo for proof. We will collaborate with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.  

To amend or cancel an order, reach us at welcome.highpeak@gmail.com as swiftly as possible. Once processing or shipment has commenced, alterations might not be feasible.
