Designed as an approachable yet expressive everyday coffee, this lot highlights sweetness, balance, and a juicy structure rarely found in traditional washed profiles.

Roasted to emphasize cranberry juice-like brightness rather than sharp fruit intensity, the cup develops a fuller mouthfeel while maintaining clarity and cleanliness. When hot, expect sweet muscovado and red fruit notes, gradually evolving into red dates and rooibos tea as the cup cools.
